Dear lord, she's hot. Not since the mystery of the Old Navy Tambourine Blonde has a female spokesperson managed to toy with my emotions so over only a 30 second period.
But who the hell is she? Well, luckily, the Double Viking Investigatory News Team is on hand just for this sort of situation. Our Google Fu is strong here at DV, and we managed to discern that the anonymous hottie is none other than Rachel Specter, budding model/actress, soon to be a part of Comedy Central's "Not Another High School Show".
