Okay, I have a request that I hope gets implemented on the DV site here. If you put the word "metal" into a band's description, make sure the band doesn't suck first. You really bring down the whole concept of metal when you consider this band (Lacuna Coil, if she sings in another one, I'd be glad to hear it) Metal. She can sing, and she is hot, but the band and music fucking suck.

Melissa loves Evanescence and Lacuna Coil and yes, for some reason they are both classified as metal, which seems odd, its like Good Charlotte or Fall Out Boy being classified as music. Her idea of metal is Slipknot, Static-X, Mudvayne or System of a Down, also, Melissa HATES that stupid fucking "death-metal" shit, if she wanted to hear bad guitar playing and some asshat screaming retarded lyrics she'd start her own band.

I did kind of overreact, it's not that they totally suck, but they shouldn't be classified as metal. Sorry, I just got all amped up about the prospect of hearing a new band I could listen to, and then I got that.

jibson says most definitely hot, and that Karmacodes was a pretty decent album. although the guy singer in lacuna Coil is totally redundant, they have some pretty decent riffs and she's a pretty damn good vocalist but the guy manages to ruin every song.
