Betty in Freddy Got Fingered – Marisa Coughlan

One of the worst films ever made, Freddy Got Fingered did bring us one thing… Marisa Coughlan. Marisa plays the wheelchair-bound love interest, Betty.

In one of the only worthwhile scenes in the movie, Ms. Coughlin treats us to her orgasmic stylings while Tom Green smashes her unfeeling legs with a stick. Somewhere in the world, someone thinks that's really hot. That’s got to count for something.

Kate in Deuce Bigelow -  Arija Bareikis

Though he isn't looking for love in Deuce Bigelow: Male Gigolo, the title character finds it in Kate, an amputee whose friends hire the gigolo to show her a good time.

Kate, played by Arija Bareikis, falls for him and, in the heat of the moment, reveals her missing leg.  Though a nice pair of stems is a great quality on a female, the thoughts of what can be done sexually sans one leg completely make up for it.

Elle Driver in Kill Bill - Daryl Hannah

In the movie Kill Bill, Daryl Hannah plays the character Elle Driver in which she lost her eye when she upset an old martial arts master, making her probably the hottest girl ever to sport an eye patch. In the sequel, she loses her other eye.

It’s hard to deny her hotness when she’s wearing the nurse uniform, and she gets an extra handicap point for missing a finger in real life.

Cherry Darling in Planet Terror - Rose McGowan

Rose McGowan plays Cherry Darling in Robert Rodriguez’ schlocky zombie-fest Planet Terror. In the beginning of the film, she is a mild-mannered exotic dancer but soon loses one of her most valuable assets as the result of a zombie attack. Her ex-boyfriend is kind enough to fashion her new leg out of a machine gun -- complete with rocket propelled grenade launcher -- making it less of a handicap and more of an upgrade.

Stripper plus machine gun makes for a hot girlfriend to show off at the gun range. A definite winner. 

Holly in Scary Movie 4 - Carmen Electra

In “Scary Movie 4”, Carmen Electra plays Holly, a spoof of Bryce Dallas Howard's blind character in The Village. Though dressed down to fit the role, we’re talking about Carmen Electra here. Cleavage abounds! 

Even playing a 19^th-century villager, this hot chick makes you forget about luxuries such as running water and dental hygiene. With Electra playing a blind person, you can almost believe your ugly mug would finally have a shot with her.
