3 Halloween Costumes to Get Girls Attention WithOctober 29, 2012 - 9:14 am |
Ah, Halloween. What was once all about candy and trick-or-treating with you friends is now, in adult life, the perfect storm. Costumes, booze, and reckless abandon. Here are some suggestions for costumes that will make picking up chicks easier.
Pickup Line: “Would you like to experience the Passion of the Christ?”
As long as you're not worried about that whole “blasphemy” thing, going to a Halloween party dressed up as Jesus Christ can be a really big hit with the ladies. Oh, sure, there's a whole lot of weirdness involved with that—statistically speaking, 97.5% of women have wondered at least once in their lives what it would be like to spend a night with the son of God—but who cares? You're not there to debate the intricacies of inappropriate deity fetishes, you're there to pick up chicks.
A big plus is that you'll be instantly recognized, since everyone knows who Jesus is. Possible negatives might include being smitten by the heavens and/or having a plague of locusts descend upon your house.
Pickup Line: “Would you like me to plunder your booty?” or, alternatively, “Can I swab your poop deck?”
Ahoy matey! Don't knock the classics: pirate costumes do very will with the ladyfolk, but it's hard to find the right balance. You don't want to wear something too cheeseball that looks like you put it together last minute, but you don't want to try too hard to look like Johnny Depp either—guys who put too much effort into their costumes are douchebags. One final tip: you might think you'd look badass in an eyepatch, but you won't look badass bumping into people and spilling their drinks.
Pickup Line: “Got milk?”
Even if you don't have the muscular body and strong jawline to pull off this “ironic” costume, give it a try anyway. It'll be even more ironic and “soooo hilarious” if you have even an average body. The goal of Halloween is to be an attention whore, and you'll get a LOT of attention if you're shameless enough to pull this off. Girls love confidence, and nothing says confidence like a man dressed up as a grotesque infant.
